This is part of the ebb and flow of life and often happens when we are tired or sick, after we experience something really stressful (the death of someone close, being badly bullied or being dumped), or if we are prone to depression.

    Feeling Depressed

Sometimes, stress can trigger such intense grief that it seems life will never again be worth living. But humans have inbuilt repair systems to get over disasters of every sort. If you are feeling this way now, I want to reassure you that you will find joy again.

If you have been feeling that life has no meaning for more than a couple of weeks, then you may be depressed.

If you are depressed, you can’t concentrate or think straight, you have no energy, and your sleep is all messed up. It can be like looking at the world through really dark glasses, or like you are carrying a heavy thing around inside of you. Some people cry a lot, and others are really angry.

    What can you do?
